I think it would improve the Lebensqualitat (quality of life) in OKC if we had:
Coffeehouses that stay open late / coffeehouses that serve alcohol
Good public transportation
A lot more places to dine outdoors
Cobblestone streets (a favorite of women bicyclists)
SIDEWALKS!
A decent Wiener Schnitzel
A lot more public spaces
